My professional career began in the hotel industry, taking various positions locally and abroad before returning to my hometown of Hamburg, where I am currently in a managerial role in the controlling department for a manufacturer of luxury goods. As an experienced manager, I know what it means to drive people towards a common goal, how to handle external pressure, manage conflicts within the team, provide people with stability in uncertain times while at the same time shaping the future.

In addition to my professional experience, a degree in business studies, an MBA and systemic coaching training, my work is primarily characterized by my passion and positive energy.
