No solution suits every client and every challenges equally.

We will discuss your requirements and individual needs during an introduction meeting and work out a suitable solution together.

 Personal Coaching

We are often occupied by recurring questions, uncertainties and challenges to which we are unable to find a good solution, despite our best efforts. In these scenarios, coaching can help to break down old patterns of thinking, behaving and relationships to gain new insight of the matter at hand.

The overriding goal is to gain more clarity and new perspectives, so that you can make decisions with confidence and courage or move forward on an existing path with a new awareness.

Some examples of topics addressed through coaching are:

  • Changing professional fields, career change or development

  • Questions around your professional role and position

  • Self-reflection and comparison of self-image with external perception

  • Questions about your own values, your own attitude and motivation as well as your own strengths and resources

Management Training

In fast-paced times of constant change, increasing complexity and added performance pressure, managers continuously face new demands. They must quickly adapt to the changing environment on the one hand, while focusing on their employees and professionally managing them on the other.

This is often difficult and can sometimes create fear, conflict and uncertainty.

Successful management in this context means calmly facing growing uncertainties while remaining focused on the company objectives. You can only achieve this when you are able to review your own and your employees’ performance and effectively draw upon your combined potential.

I will support you to fulfil your role as a leader with greater clarity about yourself and your resources.

Team Development & Workshop Moderation

Regardless of the industry and department, virtually no company or organisation flourishes without successful teamwork. Since teams consist of people with personalities, goals, dreams and emotions, interpersonal relationships and behavioural roles often determine the success or failure of a team.

But what exactly is required to help a team reach its full potential?

The answer to this question is as unique as the individuals that make up the team. It often begins with analysing and reflecting on the existing processes and dynamics in order to shape the future together and identify the first steps.

Workshop topics could include:

  • Providing and accepting feedback, conflict management

  • Moderating team workshops such as positioning or vision development

  • Review of task distribution and roles within the team

  • Kick-off workshops for new teams/projects

  • Processes of change and reorganisation
